Any Lab Test Now is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will collect and process blood samples, assist in daily operations, and maintain high-quality customer service. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse tests and procedures while ensuring a professional and efficient experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform blood draws in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to recognized organizations and state regulations guidelines
- Support daily operational tasks, such as maintaining inventory, handling specimens, and processing test requisitions
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to confidently make lab test recommendations and put customers at ease during the phlebotomy process
- Assist in toxicology testing and DNA collections
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks as needed
- Participate in team training and continuous education programs, following protocols provided by Any Lab Test Now
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track inventory, keep records, order supplies
Requirements:
- Current phlebotomy license
- At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting is preferred
- Familiarity with various types of blood collection tubes and procedures
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations
- Sale or customer service experience
- Computer skills- usage of MS Word and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
- Experience doing drug sceens is a plus
- Medical Assistance license is a plus
Full Time- Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 6:00PM AND Saturday 10:00AM - 2:00PM
