My Health Onsite operates onsite and near-site health and wellness centers.  Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a "number." Patients (ages 8 and up) may access a range of medical services including x-ray, an onsite pharmacy, wellness services, treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured - we make prevention our number one goal.


Schedule: 

Friday, Saturday and Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday and Monday - 7a-7p


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and escort to exam room
  • Prepare patients for radiology procedures and follow established clinical and regulatory procedures in regards to patient safety and care; including proper radiation protection and shielding techniques
  • Log radiological procedures, process routine documentation in EMR and logs
  • Obtain and record vital signs (BP, heart rate, pulse oximetry, height, weight, waist circumference)
  • Provide information and assistance to patients
  • Perform blood draws, administer injections/vaccinations, and input medical information into EMR
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations; keep rooms neat, clean and well stocked
  • Maintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care information
  • Assist the physician and medical staff with procedures and treatments
  • Complete and document daily equipment checks and calibration


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree, Graduation from a Radiology Technician Program
  • Two years of recent clinical experience, preferably in primary or urgent care setting
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers
  • ARRT Certification
  • BMO or CRT license 


Preferred:

  • Certified Medical Assistant or willingness to be cross trained for light Medical Assistant duties
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Understand CPT and ICD10 Codes
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems including electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Proficiency with blood draws and injections
  • Experience working with digital imaging
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff and patients using excellent written and verbal skills
  • Friendly personality and ability to work well as a team member
